Where fresh starts begin

ReLoved by Collson exists to help women and children feel reloved and supported as they begin again after domestic and family violence.


Starting over often means leaving everything behind. Clothing - something so personal - can play a powerful role in helping someone feel safe, cared for, and whole again. Through thoughtfully selected, reloved clothing and essentials, we aim to support fresh starts, love, care, and compassion.


This is about more than clothing. It’s about helping people feel seen, valued, and supported as they rebuild their lives.

Thank you for considering donating items to ReLoved by Collson. Your generosity helps women and children feel cared for as they begin again.


To ensure comfort, respect, and care for the people we support, we’ve outlined the items we’re currently able to accept, along with a few guidelines to help your donation make the greatest impact.

We currently welcome

  • New or gently used women’s everyday clothing
  • Outfits suitable for job interviews or work
  • Bags and accessories (excluding worn earrings)
  • New or gently used babies’ and children’s clothing
     

These items help women and children feel comfortable, confident, and supported as they begin again

  • Your suburb

To ensure dignity, comfort, and care for the people we support, we’re currently unable to accept the following items:


  • Damaged or heavily used items 
  • Stained or heavily soiled items
  • Items with strong odours
  • Underwear, socks, or swimwear (unless new with tags) 
  • Shoes or trainers
     

We appreciate your understanding — these guidelines help us ensure every donation can be passed on with care and respect.

Why Reloved by Collson exists

Reloved by Collson exists because I understand how isolating it can feel to start over without support, and how much it matters to be met with care rather than judgement.


This work is deeply personal to me. It comes from lived experience and from knowing how easily dignity can be lost in moments when it is needed most.


I created Reloved by Collson to offer something different - support that is gentle, respectful, and centred on choice. Clothing, when chosen with care, can help someone feel seen, valued, and human again.


This is not about charity or rescue. It’s about standing alongside women and children as they rebuild, and making sure no one has to do that alone.
